What's the difference between bottleless and bottled water service?
Bottleless systems plumb directly into your building water supply, filter it, and dispense cold, ambient, sparkling, or flavored water on demand. There is no need to swap 5-gallon bottles, no plastic waste, and unlimited supply. Bottled service delivers 5-gallon, 3-gallon, or single-serve bottles on a recurring schedule. Most modern Texas offices choose bottleless for the cost-per-employee and zero-handling logistics.
How does Bevi work?
Bevi is a smart bottleless water dispenser with a touchscreen that lets each user pick from still, sparkling, ambient, or flavored water (cucumber-mint, citrus, peach-mango, and others). It tracks usage, monitors filter life, and orders flavor cartridges automatically. Bevi is one of several systems we install; we also offer Quench, Waterlogic, and Aquaverve depending on use case.
Is the filtered water tested for quality?
Yes. Bottleless systems use multi-stage carbon and sediment filtration, and on-premise systems with reverse osmosis are available where local water requires it. Filters are replaced on a documented quarterly or semi-annual schedule, with each replacement logged for compliance.
Can our office get sparkling water on tap?
Yes. Bevi systems and many of our other bottleless dispensers offer carbonated water alongside still and ambient. Some models also include flavor injection, so a single tap can dispense unflavored sparkling, flavored sparkling, or still water on demand.
What's the typical cost of office water service?
Bottleless systems usually run a flat monthly rental plus filter changes, scaled by headcount. For a 50-100-person office, that is typically a few hundred dollars per month with no per-bottle cost. Bottled delivery is priced per bottle plus a small monthly cooler rental. We provide a side-by-side cost comparison for your specific office during the site visit.
