How much does office coffee service cost in Texas?

Programs typically range from a few hundred dollars per month for a small single-serve setup to several thousand for a multi-floor bean-to-cup program. Cost depends on headcount, equipment type, and consumable volume. Equipment installation is usually included at no upfront cost when consumables are ordered through us. We provide a free site walkthrough and written quote within 24 hours.

What coffee brands and roasters do you offer?

We carry premium national brands (Starbucks, Peet's, Lavazza, Blue Bottle, Intelligentsia, Stumptown, La Colombe, Counter Culture) alongside Texas-local specialty roasters (Oak Cliff Coffee in Dallas, Ruta Maya and Cuvée in Austin). Programs include both whole bean and pod options across light, medium, dark, decaf, and seasonal rotations. We also stock Fair Trade and organic options.

How quickly can you install coffee equipment in my office?

Standard single-serve and pot-brewer installs are typically completed within 7-10 business days of contract sign. Bean-to-cup espresso machines that require water filtration plumbing usually take 2-3 weeks. Same-day or next-day install is available in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for offices with existing electrical and water infrastructure.

What happens if our coffee machine breaks?

Machine issues are resolved same-day or next business day from our Carrollton service hub, with regional spare equipment staged in Austin and Houston. Most coffee programs include 24-hour service response, parts, and labor under the consumables agreement. We also rotate spare units onsite for offices that cannot tolerate any downtime.

Do you serve offices outside the major Texas metros?
