A stocked pantry is
the easiest upgrade.
No equipment. No kiosks. No software rollout. Just a program that keeps your break room cabinet and fridge full of the snacks, drinks, and essentials your team actually reaches for. Running within 10 days of signing.
Three funding models.
Same delivery service underneath. The difference is who pays, and we can switch between models as your program evolves.
Curation matters more than selection.
A bad pantry has hundreds of SKUs nobody wants. A good pantry has the right 40 to 100 items your team actually reaches for, restocked reliably, rotated seasonally, and refreshed based on feedback.
Better-for-you snacks, classic indulgent options, beverage lineup, coffee and tea accessories, and essentials like paper goods and kitchen supplies. We take feedback every quarter and adjust the SKU list so the room stays relevant.

What's included in office pantry service?
We deliver curated snacks, drinks, fresh items, and break room essentials on a weekly or twice-weekly schedule. Programs include the SKU list, ordering, delivery, stocking, and quarterly menu refresh. No equipment is required, only your existing break room shelving and a refrigerator.
How often do you restock office pantry orders?
Standard delivery is once a week, with twice-weekly available for offices over 150 people. We monitor consumption and adjust SKU quantities so your team is never out of the popular items. Emergency restocks are available within 24 hours for the DFW, Austin, and Houston metros.
Can we customize the pantry SKU list?
Yes. The starter list reflects what works for offices of your size, but every SKU is swappable. Common requests include adding gluten-free, vegan, low-sugar, organic, kosher, or specific brand requests. We refresh the list quarterly based on what your team actually consumes.
What's the difference between employer-paid, subsidized, and employee-paid pantry?
Employer-paid is the most common: the company covers the full pantry cost as a perk. Subsidized programs split cost (e.g., free coffee and snacks, paid lunches). Employee-paid uses an honor box, payment kiosk, or app for items employees buy individually. We support all three models and can mix them within the same office.
How fast can we get a pantry program running?
First delivery typically arrives within 7-10 business days of contract sign. We do a free site walkthrough first to confirm your space, headcount, and dietary preferences, then build the initial SKU list and schedule the first stock.
