Ice that's there
when you need it.
Most offices never think about ice until they run out of it. We install commercial machines from Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, Scotsman, and Ice-O-Matic, then handle sanitation, filter swaps, and repair response. For offices with limited space, we run scheduled ice delivery instead.
Match the machine to the room.
Commercial ice machines are sized by pounds of production per 24 hours. Most offices need less than they think, or more, depending on what's happening at lunch and during events.
Sanitation is not optional.
Commercial ice machines must be sanitized on schedule to stay compliant and safe. We run a documented quarterly sanitation program on every machine we service, with inspection records you can show for compliance audits.
Water filtration keeps the ice clean and the machine running longer. We match filtration to your local water quality, then swap filters on schedule so you never notice they needed changing.

Do you provide ice machines or just ice delivery?
Both. We rent and sell commercial ice machines from Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, Scotsman, and Ice-O-Matic, with installation and service included. We also offer scheduled bulk ice delivery for offices and events that prefer not to host their own machine.
What types of ice can we get for our office?
Standard cubed (full and half-cube), nugget (the chewable crunchy style popular in healthcare and quick-serve restaurants), flake (good for displays and food service), and crescent. We help you pick based on use case: drink dispensing, employee water service, break room kitchens, or event support.
How often is an office ice machine cleaned and serviced?
Quarterly sanitation is standard, with full inspection, descaling, and filter replacement. Service visits are documented for FDA, OSHA, and corporate compliance audits. Emergency calls are typically resolved same-day in the DFW, Austin, and Houston metros.
What does it cost to lease versus buy a commercial ice machine?
Lease pricing is typically a flat monthly rate that includes installation, service, sanitation, and parts. Purchase is one-time capital plus a smaller annual service contract. For most small-to-mid offices, leasing is more economical because it removes maintenance risk and equipment ownership costs. We provide a TCO comparison for your specific volume.
Can we get a backup ice machine for events or peak times?
Yes. We stage portable and rental backup units for clients who need surge capacity (large meetings, summer peaks, equipment downtime). Backup units can typically be delivered within 24 hours in the major Texas metros.
