An employee taps their card, mobile wallet, or corporate badge at the cooler door. The door unlocks immediately. Cameras and weight sensors track every item the employee removes, then the door closes and payment posts automatically to the account on file. There is no scanning, no kiosk, and no PIN. The full transaction takes about 15 seconds.

Our restocking team rotates fresh items 2-3 times per week and pulls anything approaching its date. Employers and employees never pay for expired stock. Real-time inventory visibility means we know exactly what is in the cooler at all times, so waste is minimal compared to traditional vending.
Is there a contract or setup fee for a smart cooler?
There is no upfront capital cost. We own the cooler, software, and servicing. The agreement covers consumable purchase commitments and a service term, typically 24-36 months. The cooler runs on a standard 110V outlet and your office WiFi.
